It’s not very often that a font makes me drool, or almost ache that I don’t have the funds to buy all the fonts I want. Hoefler’s slab-serif Archer did just that. For a font that reminds me of Courier, it’s amazingly elegant and somehow honest. It makes words come alive, with a simple beauty and simplicity.

What’s up with Firefox?

Is it just me, or is the Firefox browser getting buggier with each release? If I have too much going on in the browser, it shuts down on me with no warning. Or it won’t allow me to click on any links. Or, like right now, it won’t allow me to Quit. Seriously. The “Quit Firefox” menu option is greyed out right now. What’s up with that?

Well, no one will ever accuse me of writing too much, huh? Been working my ass off, trying to teach the dogs new tricks (”Crawl” and “Roll over”, specifically) and enjoying the start of football season. I have quite a few studs on my fantasy teams, so I think I’m poised to go to my leagues’ play-offs this year. Well, that’s the goal anyway…
